Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a 7-day after-sales support window starting from the date you receive your item.
Policy Guidelines:
  • Quality Issues: Returns are only accepted for verified quality defects (e.g., manufacturing flaws).
  • Sizing Issues: If the item does not fit, we will do our best to arrange an exchange based on current stock availability.
  • Other Cases: All other requests will be reviewed individually based on the specific situation.
Verification Requirement:
To be eligible for any after-sales service, you must provide an unboxing video showing the product condition and any specific issues. This is required for verification purposes.
How to Start a Request:

  • Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • If your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions via email.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. You must provide an unboxing video as evidence so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care goods (beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for inspection. Once approved, please place a separate new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
